The goal of our technical support team is to provide
not only assistance to customers
experiencing technical difficulties but also to
enhance user comfort and ability to make best use of
our software applications.
The Support
Process
Receiving support over the web
from GATC is easy and efficient.
The support process process begins with a support
request entered into the web-based help desk that is
accessible via the "Helpdesk Login" button in the
top right column
of this page. Each request is assigned a unique
identification number that allows you to track your
request all the way to resolution.
You shall be contacted, by phone
or email, at various times during the support
process to acknowledge receipt of your request, to
gather any additional information needed to clarify
the request or allow the problem you are reporting
to be duplicated, to update you on the progress of
work, and finally to inform you of the correction.

GATC is
continually engaged in improving the quality and
features of its software products. In order to
direct future development work toward the software
product goals that our customers will value the
most, we are always pleased to hear about our
customer's experiences with using our software
products and their ideas on how to make them even
better.
